The ARRA is a unique and compelling opportunity for the City of Harrisburg to access various sources of federal funding to address pressing needs for the residents of the City.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program-2 (NSP2) Competitive Proposal submitted by the City of Harrisburg

The City of Harrisburg is seeking funding under the NSP2 to address the negative effects of foreclosure and abandonment in Harrisburg. Through the proposal, the City seeks to rehabilitated abandoned and blighted foreclosed structures, build new energy efficient homes for low-moderate income homebuyers, and demolish blighted and abandoned structures in targeted neighborhoods.
